If a post is flagged as suspicious, looks like a fake price, contains spam, or violates our community standards, it will be deleted instantly by our moderation team. Because our system is completely anonymous, we cannot recover or discuss deleted posts with users.

3. Disclaimer of Pricing Accuracy (Use at Your Own Risk)

TrustedHomeowner is an unverified, crowdsourced directory. The pricing data shown on this website is uploaded by anonymous third-party users.
